South Pacific Dream

'South Pacific Dream',  acrylics, 8 by 12 ins., approx., on Daler canford paper.

I looked at some figures from my painting 'Joy' and came up with this new combination .  It reminds me of my time in the South Pacific...NZ, Cook Islands, OZ. 

The dreamer is the female figure on the left and there is a kind of TIKI figure hovering over her.  On the right, there is a kind of warrior figure and a lion.  I once had the privilege of cuddling a lion cub in a nature reserve in NZ.
